At the heart of Shed Pilates + Fitness is the aim is to develop mind-body connection through dynamic movement.

Our approach blends breath, alignment, balance, and rhythm to build lasting strength and body awareness. The seven principles of Pilates—breathing, alignment, centering, control, concentration, flow, and precision—are woven into every class.

Our small-group reformer classes (max five people) offer varied intensities and equipment in focused 50-minute sessions. The result is movement that stays with you—helping you move better, feel better, and live better beyond the studio.

  • I wish I could give Robin more than 5 stars. She’s amazing! I really enjoy my workouts here. Robin is so knowledgeable. Not just about Pilates, but also about the body and things to look out for while exercising. I’ve learned a lot about my form and how to correct it for better results. I have a hard time toning up my arms, abs, and back, but I definitely see results when I attend classes here regularly.
