Can’t recommend Robin enough, she is an amazing instructor! I love how each class is a max of 4 people so I always feel that I’m receiving individualized attention and encouragement. Robin checks in before class to see how your body is feeling and makes adjustments accordingly. I am relatively new to pilates but she has made me feel so comfortable.

Robin is the BEST! If you are looking for a challenging, yet rewarding and fun Pilates class you must go to this studio. We’re so excited to have you in class! Please be sure to show up 5-10 minutes early so we can give you a rundown of the equipment we’ll be using. You’ll either be barefoot or wearing pilates socks (if you have them). We suggest wearing leggings or bicycle shorts and a workout top.

Located at The Lamar Business Park. Please make sure you head to the correct address listed on your booking confirmation and reminder. We are the last corner unit facing Guadalupe Street and Nelray Street.
Ample parking is available. You’ll see the glass door with the Shed logo on it.

Class is 50 minutes. We make every effort to start and finish at the designated class times.

We are a small group Reformer Studio allowing a maximum of 5 clients per class. In order to be respectful to all of our clients we ask you to follow our late cancellation and no show policy.
If you cancel WITHIN 12 hours of the class start time, you will not be charged a Late Cancel Fee. If you cancel WITHIN 1 hour of the class start time, you will be charged a Late Cancel Fee of $10. If you fail to show up to class and do not cancel, you will be charged a No-Show Fee of $20.
Late Cancel and No Show fees are consistent across all package types. These are processed each Monday for the previous seven days.
