objective
(Formerly Total Shred).
A blend of the dynamic movements learned from Foundations and MVMT Pilates classes combined with the jumpboard to create a mixed media, fun class. It will be broken up into 3 sections, with a warm up and cool down. The sections are: stretch, chair, and jumpboard. Compared to Total Shred from the past, this class will be less cardio-focused.
Due to the cardiovascular intensity of bouncing/jumping movements, please avoid this class if you are experiencing pelvic floor discomfort and spinal or heart contraindications. It is HIGHLY suggested to be cleared by your Pelvic Floor Specialist or Physician prior to taking this class. what to expect
Although each class has been specifically designed to improve muscle tone, bone density, strength, flexibility, balance, cardiovascular health, stamina, and focus, this class pulls in cardio. This class that is open for all levels.

We will not only hit all major muscle groups in various movements, but have an additional focus on particular accessory muscle groups to sculpt a beautiful shape to the body.
